Andy Johnston This is an album that feels haunted; a House of Leaves-esque record, that’s infinitely bigger on the inside than it appears on the outside. Favorite track: Aneurysm.

about

A concept album.

This album was strongly inspired by paranormal experiences in recent years. I felt haunted in my home, and the thoughts that I had in my head that felt implanted from a foreign source were then transmitted into music and poetry, which on this album, coincides with the music.

In other words, this album is intended to be a simulation of a paranormal anthology of sorts.

Enjoy. I know I did.

"Uncertainty and unpredictability go hand in hand. Everything pans out exactly as planned for him. Let him be this way. We can’t do anything about it.
'Is it mercy?'
'Perhaps.'
Faceless deity, a screaming mouth.
Conquest: I remember everything."

A matter of escape versus banishment versus migration.

Each download of this album comes with a PDF with all of the lyrics on this and a book of poetry I've been writing throughout this past year around the same time as this album called My Friend, I Have Given Up.
